I came to American Tribal
Style Belly Dancing after taking an introductory workshop just for
fun. I've taught group fitness classes and worked as a Personal
Trainer for many years so I've always enjoyed various physical
activities.
For me, Belly Dancing incorporates the
physical without a goal oriented mentality. It is fun,
creative, and forges a connection between dancers of all levels,
body types and personalities.
This type of dance promotes an acceptance and
bonding experience that is rare and keeps me looking forward to
each class, workshop, and performance opportunity.
I am truly
